Vivactil Side Effects

Possible Vivactil side effects include weight gain or weight loss, flushing, and difficulty urinating. Although side effects of the medication are generally minor and easily treated, certain problems may require immediate medical attention. Let your healthcare provider know right away if you develop serious side effects of Vivactil, such as changes in heart rhythm, fast heart rate, seizures, or any breast changes.

An Introduction to Vivactil Side Effects

As with any medicine, side effects are possible with Vivactil® (protriptyline hydrochloride). However, not everyone who takes the medication will experience side effects.
