Pramipexole (Mirapex)
Thiothixene may decrease the effectiveness of medications for Parkinson's disease, including pramipexole. Talk with your healthcare provider before taking these medications together.
 
Rifampin (Rifadin)
Rifampin can decrease the level of thiothixene in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. If you are taking these drugs together, your healthcare provider may need to increase your thiothixene dosage.
 
Ropinirole (Requip)
Thiothixene may decrease the effectiveness of medications for Parkinson's disease, including ropinirole. Talk with your healthcare provider before taking these medications together.
 
Sertraline (Zoloft)
Sertraline can raise the level of thiothixene in your blood, increasing your risk of side effects. If you are taking these drugs together, your healthcare provider may need to decrease your thiothixene dosage.
