Surmontil Warnings and Precautions

Some Surmontil warnings and precautions to be aware of include potential drug interactions, the safety of taking Surmontil while nursing or pregnant, and people who should not take this drug at all (such as those taking MAOIs). Among the conditions you should tell your healthcare provider about before taking Surmontil are seizures, glaucoma, and diabetes. To reduce the risk of drug interactions, you should also tell your healthcare provider about all other drugs you are taking.

  • Drink alcohol regularly.
     
You should also make sure to tell your healthcare provider about all other medicines you may be taking, including prescription and non-prescription medicines, vitamins, and herbal supplements.
