Revia 50 Mg

Revia® (naltrexone) is a medicine prescribed in combination with a comprehensive treatment plan to help prevent a relapse in people who are abusing alcohol or opioid narcotics. These tablets come in one strength -- 50 mg. Revia tablets are taken once daily.

Your specific dosage, however, will depend on the reason you are taking the drug, how well you tolerate it, and various other factors. The recommended amount for treating alcohol dependence is usually 50 mg once a day. When treating opioid dependence, the initial dosage is usually 25 mg once a day.
