Rifamycin Antibiotics
Rifamycin antibiotics may lower the amount of perphenazine in your blood, perhaps making it less effective. Your healthcare provider may need to increase your dose of perphenazine to prevent this interaction from occurring.
 
Tricyclic Antidepressants
Taking perphenazine with tricyclic antidepressants can increase the amount of perphenazine in your blood, which may increase your risk of perphenazine side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your perphenazine dosage to prevent this from occurring.
