Drug Interactions With Paroxetine Mesylate

Beta blockers, phentermine, cimetidine, and heparin are some of the medications that can react with paroxetine mesylate. Drug interactions may increase or decrease the level of medicines in your system and raise your risk for developing serious side effects, among other things. To help ensure a safe treatment, your healthcare provider may adjust your dosages or monitor you more closely.
