Who Should Not Take Paliperidone?

You should not take paliperidone if you are allergic to paliperidone, Invega, or any inactive ingredients used in making the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients. Also, you should not take paliperidone if you are allergic to risperidone (Risperdal®), a medication closely related to paliperidone.
