Using the methylphenidate patch with a tricyclic antidepressant can increase the amount of the antidepressant in your blood, perhaps increasing your risk of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your dose of the antidepressant.

Using the methylphenidate patch with warfarin can increase the amount of warfarin in your blood, perhaps increasing your risk of bleeding. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust your dose of these medications.
