Cyclobenzaprine (Flexeril)
Do not take cyclobenzaprine and the selegiline transdermal patch within two weeks of each other due to the risk of dangerous side effects, such as high blood pressure or seizures.
 
Meperidine (Demerol)
You should not take meperidine while taking the selegiline transdermal patch (or if you have taken the selegiline transdermal patch within the past 14 days) due to the risk of dangerous side effects.
 
Methadone (Dolophine, Methadose)
You should not take methadone while taking the selegiline transdermal patch (or if you have taken the selegiline transdermal patch within the past 14 days) due to the risk of dangerous side effects.
 
Miscellaneous Antidepressants
You should not take certain antidepressants while using the selegiline transdermal patch (or if you have used the selegiline transdermal patch within the past 14 days) due to the risk of dangerous side effects.
  
Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitors (MAOIs)
Taking the selegiline transdermal patch with other MAOIs can increase your chances of developing dangerous side effects. Do not take the selegiline transdermal patch and other MAOIs within two weeks of each other.
 
Oxcarbazepine (Trileptal)
You should not take oxcarbazepine while taking the selegiline transdermal patch (or if you have taken the selegiline transdermal patch within the past 14 days) due to the risk of dangerous side effects.
 
Propoxyphene (Darvon, Darvocet, Balacet)
You should not take propoxyphene while taking the selegiline transdermal patch (or if you have taken the selegiline transdermal patch within the past 14 days) due to the risk of dangerous side effects.
