When certain drugs, such as aspirin, warfarin, or ritonavir, are combined with Desyrel, interactions may occur. These interactions can alter the level of Desyrel in your blood and increase your risk of side effects. To minimize the risk of developing Desyrel drug interactions, you should tell your healthcare provider about all other medications you are taking before starting the antidepressant.
