Who Should Not Take Loxapine?

You should not take loxapine if you are:
 
  • Allergic to loxapine, Loxitane, or any inactive ingredients used in making loxapine. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • In a coma or a state of decreased consciousness due to any cause (including alcohol or drugs).
