Drug Interactions With Lisdexamfetamine

Drug interactions with lisdexamfetamine can occur if the medication is taken with certain other medicines, such as antacids, sleep medications, and antidepressants. Some of these drug interactions can cause serious side effects (such as seizures or very high blood pressure) or reduce the effectiveness of the medications. To avoid these complications, be sure to tell your healthcare provider about all of the other medications you are taking.
