Who Should Not Take Haloperidol?

You should not take haloperidol if you:
 
  • Are allergic to Haldol, haloperidol, or any of the inactive ingredients used in making haloperidol. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients used to make haloperidol.
     
  • Have Parkinson's disease.
     
  • Are in a coma or a state of decreased consciousness.
