Drug Interactions With Fluvoxamine CR

Numerous prescription and over-the-counter medications can cause drug interactions with fluvoxamine CR. Some of these medications include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), lithium, warfarin, triptan cholesterol medicines, and aspirin. Fluvoxamine CR drug interactions can increase your risk for developing potentially serious side effects, including a dangerous irregular heart rhythm called QT prolongation and a group of symptoms called serotonin syndrome.
