Clozaril® (clozapine), an atypical antipsychotic medication that is available by prescription, is approved to treat schizophrenia. The medication comes in tablet form and is thought to block or lessen the effects of certain chemicals in the brain. Possible side effects of Clozaril can include dizziness, insomnia, and weight gain.
