Off-Label Bupropion Uses

On occasion, your healthcare provider may recommend bupropion for treating something other than depression. This is called an "off-label" use. At this time, there are several off-label bupropion uses, such as:
 
  • Treating attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)
  • Treating seasonal affective disorder (SAD)
  • Helping with smoking cessation (see Wellbutrin to Quit Smoking).
