Cyclophosphamide
Cyclophosphamide may interact with bupropion XL, although there have been no reports of such an interaction in actual patients. Depending on your individual situation, your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely and may need to adjust your dose of these medications.
Doxorubicin
Doxorubicin may increase the level of bupropion XL in your blood, possibly increasing your chance of side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to decrease your bupropion XL dose while you are taking doxorubicin.
Efavirenz
