Nicotine patches (Nicoderm CQ, Nicotrol)
Taking bupropion SR while using nicotine patches can cause high blood pressure. Your healthcare provider should monitor your blood pressure if you are taking these medications together.
 
Orphenadrine (Norflex)
While it is thought that orphenadrine may interact with bupropion SR, there have been no reports of such an interaction in actual patients. If you are taking orphenadrine along with bupropion SR, your healthcare provider may need to monitor you more closely and may need to adjust your doses of these medications.
 
Ritonavir (Norvir)
While it is thought that ritonavir may interact with bupropion SR, there have been no reports of such an interaction in actual patients. Steroids, Such as Prednisone or Methylprednisolone (Medrol)
