  • Are allergic to atomoxetine hydrochloride, Strattera, or any inactive component used to make the medication. Your healthcare provider or pharmacist has a list of the inactive ingredients.
     
  • Have narrow-angle glaucoma (a condition of the eye).
  • Have serious heart or blood vessel problems that would make increases in heart rate or blood pressure dangerous.
