Drug Interactions With Amphetamine-Dextroamphetamine Extended Release

As with any medication, there are potential drug interactions with amphetamine-dextroamphetamine extended release. Taking this drug with other medications, such as certain antacids, some sleep medications, and MAO inhibitors, can cause an increase or decrease in the amount of the medications in your blood, potentially leading to side effects. Your healthcare provider may need to adjust your dose of these drugs.
