Amphetamine-Dextroamphetamine Extended Release Dosage for ADHD
Refer to the following table for the recommended dosing for amphetamine-dextroamphetamine
extended release based on a person's age:
|6 to 12 years old
||10 to 30 mg once daily
|13 to 17 years old
||10 to 20 mg once daily
||20 mg once daily
Generally, a lower dosage of amphetamine-dextroamphetamine extended release should be tried first. Also, the dosage should be increased slowly and only if necessary.
